Punch-in and punch-out records from the biometric device flow automatically into the attendance system โ no manual data entry required. The system also supports manual attendance entry for staff without biometric registration.
The system applies current PF and ESI rules โ 12% employee PF, 12% employer PF (with 8.33% going to EPS), and applicable ESI rates based on gross salary. Rules are updated in the system whenever the government revises contribution rates. You can also configure exemptions for staff whose salary is above the ESI threshold.
Yes.
