Uniums Technology Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy outlines your rights regarding your personal information and explains how you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

This policy complies with global data privacy frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Article 17 - Right to Erasure), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Meta / Facebook Developer Data Deletion Requirements, and Google Play Store Data Safety Guidelines.

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove or anonymize all personal data associated with your user account across our web applications, mobile apps, ERP systems, and messaging services.

Data eligible for permanent erasure includes:

• Account Credentials & Profile Details: Name, email address, phone number, username, profile photo, and password hashes.

• App Activity & Usage Data: Saved preferences, application logs, activity history, and notification tokens.

• User-Generated Content & Communications: Support messages, contact form submissions, and account-linked documents.

You may submit a user data deletion request at any time free of charge using any of the methods below:

Option A — Email Request: Send an email to our privacy team at uniumstechnologysolutions@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered name, account email address, and the name of the app or service you are using.

Option B — Contact Form: Visit our official contact page at https://www.uniums.com/contact and select "Data Deletion / Privacy Request" from the inquiry subject.

Option C — In-App Deletion: If you are using one of our mobile applications, navigate to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account to submit an immediate deletion request.

If you accessed our application or signed up using Facebook Login / Meta App integration, you can remove our application's access and trigger data removal through your Facebook account:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.

2. Select Apps and Websites from the side menu.

3. Locate our app in the list of connected services and click Remove.

4. Click 'View removed apps and websites' and select 'Send Request' to notify us of your deletion request.

You may also email us directly at uniumstechnologysolutions@gmail.com with your Facebook User ID or registered email to manually purge all linked Facebook app data.

• Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your data deletion request within 48 hours.

• Identity Verification: To protect account security, our compliance team may verify your identity before initiating deletion.

• Resolution SLA: All valid data erasure requests are processed and completed within 30 calendar days from receipt.

In certain circumstances, specific records may be retained past your deletion request as mandated by applicable law or legitimate security necessity:

• Financial & Billing Records: Invoices, payment transaction logs, and tax records are retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Indian tax and corporate financial regulation laws.

• Security Audit Logs: System security logs containing IP addresses and access events may be retained for up to 90 days for cybersecurity defense and fraud prevention.

All retained records are isolated, securely encrypted, and deleted immediately upon expiration of the required statutory retention window.
